Project:
This was a slight design modification of one of our top floorplans to build a 3-bedroom house with an attached garage to meet budget with functionality in mind.
Challenges:
The challenges of this project were to create a flow of the design on the main level to maximize the outdoor living space and attache the garage to the main structure. This would increase outdoor entertainment space, and create a yard that was fun to enjoy.
The result:
The end result was one of our favorite builds of this floorplan, and one that we are very proud of.
