Project:
Design and build a 3-bedroom house to a budget as the client was selling this house on completion.
Challenges:
The challenges of this project were to come up with a design that included 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, while fitting on a thin lot, and maximized the use of space for the homeowner. With the help of our architects creativity while working closely with the client we were able to achieve this. As there was limited space on site for materials and storage, things needed to be planned well and timing was everything.
The result:
The end result was a great modern style with many accents that made this house stand out, and we had a very happy client who went on to sell this property for a profit.
