This was a flip project and the client was converting a rental into a flip for resale.
Challenges:
The challenges of this project were to improve the use of space, and maximize the value from the property by improving the flow of the spaces, while keeping the project within a budget that “penciled.”
The result:
The end result was one a fantastic property that created great spaces for the homeowners lifestyle and entertainment desires.
