Project:
This was one of our original floorplans that we modified slightly by opening up the entire main level to create more options for the homeowner.
Challenges:
The challenges of this project were related to the production cycle, and how the economic changes from COVID impacted supply chains. Through focused and concise efforts, we delivered the product on time and within budget.
The result:
The end result is one of our favorite homes, as it’s one of our original floorplans. This particular version’s openness offers this homeowner a lot of opportunity for their own creative use. Due to the work from home options becoming more prevalent, we also utilized the open concept by adding privacy on the main level
for an in home office/study.
