Project:
This was a flip project and the owner wanted to keep as much of the original wood work as possible.
Challenges:
The challenges of this project were increase the size of the house (added a master suite in the attic), increase the size and flow of the kitchen with a full remodel, and most importantly retain as much of the original wood floors, pocket doors, and trim throughout, and bring it back to its original luster. Along with adding additional space and making the kitchen more functional with a betterflow.
The result:
The end result was one of our favorite builds of all time. The use of space, the clean crisp finishes, and the secured entertaining areas were a hit with the buyer.
