Project:
This was our the first new build of this floorplan and we wanted to wow the market with a Garage Top Deck.
Challenges:
The challenges of this project were to utilize the lot size and constraints, while making the backyard, and ~400 SF garage rooftop deck one of the favorite places to entertain, with views of the Indianapolis skyline.
The result:
The end result was one of our favorite builds of all time. The use of space, the clean crisp finishes, and the secured entertaining areas were a hit with the buyer.
