Project:
This was going to be a flip project to modernize a house near fountain square.
Challenges:
The challenges of this project were unknown until we started to
expand the footprint and discovered the foundation was not stable at all. The only
solution was to do a complete demolition of the original house, and build a brand
new version of our original plan in order to meet city requirements and client
timelines.
The result:
The end result was a very successful AirBnB house with immediate access to all
the amenities of the Fountain Square redevelopment district.
